Purple Grey

I looked up through the thick foliage
At the purple grey twilight sky
For tonight's play a being readied stage
A dazzling cast of stars from far and high

Solitude

I treasure the growing pain
And savour the undying heartaches.
I will not let pass in vain
These moments in solitude's wake.

Creativity

Some scattered thoughts and lingering dreams
Like ink in water diffusing
Short lived yet somehow artistic
Surviving bits of creativity

OK

I grew up strong, full of pride,
A 'Man of Metal', they say. 
Yes, it does clink and clank inside,
Well manufactured. Tested - OK.

Part

Part from you tomorrow I can
if today I am a part of you.
That may be the part when you ask,
"Part at all do we really have to?"
"Not today but at some part, yes.
Part by part if not all at once,
play that part we will have to."

Seasons come and wither away
Time's sudden passage is felt
